Ceramic sintering is highly sensitive to temperature profile, atmosphere and refractory choice. Our ceramic sintering furnaces use MoSi2 or SiC heating elements (depending on temperature) and multilayer ceramic fibre insulation to deliver stable, repeatable cycles.

Both batch (chamber, top-hat, bottom-loading) and continuous (roller hearth, pusher) configurations are available. Atmosphere options include air, vacuum, inert and reducing selected as per the ceramic chemistry.

Applications cover alumina, zirconia, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, dental ceramics, electronic substrates and specialty oxide / non-oxide ceramics.
