Brief Description:

Where a standard mesh belt is too fragile, the cast link belt design takes over. Each link is precision-cast from heat-resistant alloy, giving the belt the strength to carry heavy or sharp-edged components through continuous heating, hardening, quenching and tempering cycles.

Typical applications include hardening of fasteners, springs, bearing races, chain links, forgings and ball-and-roller components. The furnace integrates with our own atmosphere systems (Ammonia Cracker, Endo Gas, Nitrogen) for clean, oxide-free heat treatment.

Each cast link belt furnace is engineered for the customers component weight, temperature profile and required production rate.
