The furnace can be supplied with our in-house Ammonia Cracker to provide a reducing atmosphere, ensuring oxidation-free sintering of ferrous, copper, brass and specialty alloy compacts. Electrical and gas-fired heating versions are both available.
Typical applications include manufacturing of nickel catalyst, palladium catalyst, ceramic parts, diamond cutting/sintering clutches, copper and iron sintered parts and similar powder-metal products.
