Mesh Belt Conveyor Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is a continuous heat treatment furnace where small components are carried through the heating chamber on a robust Inconel-grade mesh conveyor.

Brief Description:

This furnace is used for continuous hardening, annealing, tempering, sintering and brazing of bulk components. The mesh belt conveys the parts steadily through preheat, heating, soaking and cooling/quench zones making it ideal for high-volume production lines.

We design each mesh belt conveyor furnace as per the customers production rate, component size and atmosphere requirements. Atmosphere generation is supported by our in-house Ammonia Cracker, Endo Gas Generator and Nitrogen Generator.

Capacity ranges from 80 kg/hr to 3000 kg/hr, with both electric and recuperative gas-fired heating options.
