Mesh Belt Sintering Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is a continuous sintering line specially designed for powder metallurgy components, where small parts are carried through controlled temperature zones on an Inconel mesh belt.

 

Brief Description:

Sintering compacts heated in this furnace see uniform temperature exposure across the belt a key requirement for consistent density, dimensional accuracy and mechanical strength. The furnace is supplied with appropriate gas generators (Ammonia Cracker, Endo Gas, Nitrogen Generator) to create the reducing or inert atmosphere needed for sintering.

Temperatures up to 1080C are achieved with multi-zone heating, while the belt and supporting hearth tiles are engineered for continuous service. The line is offered in both electric and gas-fired versions.

Applications include nickel catalyst, palladium catalyst, ceramic parts, diamond cutting/sintering clutches, copper and iron sintered parts and similar powder-metal products.
