Shuttle Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is a batch-type heat treatment furnace with movable shuttle cars, designed for high-productivity heat treatment of heavy or bulky components.

 

Brief Description:

Shuttle furnaces are particularly suited to high-volume forging, casting and fabrication shops where multiple loads need to be heat-treated in parallel. The shuttle car design allows one load to be heated inside while others are loaded or cooled outside.

Each shuttle furnace is supplied with multi-zone heating, high-quality refractory insulation and PLC / SCADA control. Atmosphere control via our own gas generators is available for processes that require oxidation-free heating.

Designs range from compact two-car layouts to multi-car configurations for heavy industrial use.
