About Sintering Furnace
Sintering Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is built for high-temperature sintering of powder metallurgy compacts, ceramic parts and catalyst products in batch or continuous configurations.
Brief Description:
The sintering procedure involves heating powder compacts to raise the product's density, translucency and mechanical strength. Our sintering furnaces are offered as batch type plain, batch type pressurized with reducing atmosphere, continuous conveyor belt type, and continuous pusher type covering virtually every sintering process.
We supply matching gas generators Ammonia Cracker, Endo Gas Generator, Nitrogen Generator to provide the right atmosphere for each application. Electric and gas-fired heating versions are available, with PLC and SCADA-based recipe management.
Applications include nickel catalyst, palladium catalyst, ceramic parts, diamond cutting/sintering clutches, copper and iron sintered parts.

FAQs:
Q: Batch or continuous sintering which do I need?
A: Batch is suited to smaller volumes and special recipes; continuous is preferred for high-volume regular production. Our engineers help select the right configuration.
Q: Which atmosphere works for ferrous sintering?
A: Cracked ammonia and endothermic gas are common. We supply both gas generators in-house.
Q: Do you offer rapid cool zones?
A: Yes. Optional rapid cool zones can be integrated for tighter dimensional control and shorter cycles.
