Brief Description:

Bogie furnaces are widely used for batch heat treatment of heavy and large components forgings, castings, fabricated structures, large dies and similar items. The trolley-type loading system, with overhead crane or forklift access, simplifies handling of heavy charges and protects the refractory hearth.

We supply bogie furnaces with multiple trolleys, so material can be pre-loaded on one bogie while another is being heat-treated. This significantly improves shop floor productivity.

Both electric and recuperative gas-fired heating versions are available, with special air-recirculation fans for furnaces up to 900C to ensure temperature uniformity.
