Vertical Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is a top-loading batch heat treatment furnace designed for long components, with the heating chamber oriented vertically to handle tall or slender parts efficiently.

Brief Description:

Vertical furnaces are widely used for nitriding, bright annealing, carburizing, tempering and stress relieving of long shafts, tubes, gear racks and similar components. The vertical orientation allows uniform suspension or stacking of long parts, simplifying loading and minimising distortion.

We supply vertical furnaces with electric or recuperative gas-fired heating, multi-zone temperature control and our in-house Ammonia Cracker, Endo Gas Generator or Nitrogen Generator for atmosphere control. High-quality refractory and air-recirculation fans ensure tight temperature uniformity.

Each unit is engineered around the customers product length, atmosphere requirement and process need.
