Chamber Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is a robust, general-purpose batch furnace built with a rectangular heating chamber and front-loading door ideal for heat treatment of plates, bars and small assemblies.

 

Brief Description:

Chamber furnaces are widely used for hardening, annealing, normalizing, stress relieving, preheating and tempering. The compact yet rugged design suits both production and tool-room applications.

We supply chamber furnaces with electric or gas-fired heating, multi-zone temperature control, swing-out or lift-up doors, and high-quality refractory insulation. Sealed atmosphere versions with our own gas generators are available on request.

Each chamber furnace is built around the customers parts and process sized for the right chamber volume, temperature, atmosphere and cycle time.
