Brief Description:

We manufacture and export best-in-class Gold Annealing Furnaces for bright annealing and deoxidation of wires, plates, casting products and, in general, all products in precious alloys. The compact design combines the muffle furnace, ammonia cracker and quench tank into a single, footprint-friendly machine for jewellery workshops.

The unit features a heating muffle made of special Inconel alloy, automatic temperature regulation, manual or automatic loading and a timer with buzzer alarm for cycle end. An inbuilt compact ammonia cracker provides the reducing atmosphere, while an optional hydrogen-nitrogen gas mixer is available on request.

Each Gold Annealing Furnace is engineered for the jewellery workshops daily capacity and product mix.
