Brief Description:

In gold chain making, individual links are soldered together at high speed requiring tight temperature control, a reducing atmosphere and precise belt speed. Our Gold Chain Soldering Furnace uses a stainless steel or Inconel mesh belt to convey chains through preheating, soldering and cooling zones in cracked ammonia or hydrogen atmosphere.

In-house Ammonia Cracker or Hydrogen Generator supplies the atmosphere. Automatic speed / tension control, recipe-based temperature management and integrated cooling are standard features.

Each unit is engineered around the workshops chain types, daily capacity and quality target.
