Brief Description:

Certain gold alloys (e.g., 18k gold with copper / silver) can be age-hardened to improve their mechanical strength and wear resistance important for setting stones and durable jewellery. Our Gold Hardening Furnaces are built with tight temperature control, controlled atmosphere and integrated quench facilities.

Designs include vacuum hardening for premium applications and atmosphere-based hardening (argon, nitrogen) for general use. PLC and SCADA-based recipe management ensures repeatable hardness.

Each unit is engineered around the workshops product mix and metallurgical target.
