Humpback Continuous Belt Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is a high-productivity continuous belt furnace whose elevated heating chamber retains reducing or inert gas more effectively than conventional flat-belt designs.

Brief Description:

The hump in the centre keeps the reducing atmosphere typically cracked ammonia, hydrogen or nitrogen-hydrogen mixture confined to the heating zone. This results in lower gas consumption, stable furnace atmosphere and excellent brazed/sintered joint quality.

We supply this furnace with our own Ammonia Cracker, Hydrogen Generator or Nitrogen Generator depending on the application. Electric or recuperative gas-fired heating options are available.

Common applications include copper-brazed heat exchangers, radiator parts, electronic components and bright sintered hardware.
