About Industrial Gold Belt Furnace
Gold Belt Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is a continuous mesh-belt annealing furnace specifically designed for bright annealing of gold wires, chains and small jewellery components.
Brief Description:
We manufacture and export best-in-class Gold Belt Furnaces, used for continuous bright annealing of gold chains, wires, sheets and small jewellery components. The unit uses a stainless steel or Inconel mesh belt to convey jewellery items through preheating, annealing and quenching zones in a controlled reducing atmosphere (cracked ammonia or hydrogen).
Our Gold Belt Furnaces are supplied with our in-house Ammonia Cracker or Hydrogen Generator for the atmosphere. Automatic speed/tension control, recipe-based temperature management, integrated quench tank and a buzzer alarm for cycle end are standard features.
Each unit is engineered around the jewellery workshops daily capacity and product mix.

FAQs:
Q: Belt furnace vs static annealing furnace for gold?
A: Belt furnace is preferred for continuous high-volume bright annealing; static annealing is better for small batches and varied products.
Q: Cracked ammonia or hydrogen?
A: Cracked ammonia is more economical; pure hydrogen gives a brighter mirror finish for premium applications.
Q: Can the same furnace anneal silver?
A: Yes. With appropriate temperature setting, the same belt furnace can anneal silver, platinum and other precious alloys.
Advanced Process ControlThe furnace features a digital PID or PLC-based control system, empowering operators with detailed, precise regulation of each heating zone. This enables exceptional temperature uniformity and efficient energy use throughout the heat treatment, annealing, or hardening processes.
Superior Construction & InsulationConstructed from high-grade insulated steel and incorporating a stainless steel mesh belt, the furnace ensures durability and consistent performance. The ceramic fiber blanket insulation provides effective thermal efficiency, minimizing heat loss and supporting rigorous industrial workflows.
Integrated Safety StandardsTo ensure operator safety, the furnace is equipped with robust safety measures, including an over-temperature protection system and an emergency stop switch. These features maintain operational safety standards and help prevent accidents during high-temperature industrial applications.
FAQ's of Industrial Gold Belt Furnace:
Q: How does the industrial gold belt furnace achieve high temperature uniformity?
A: The furnace utilizes multiple, independently controlled heating zones managed by a digital PID or PLC control system. This configuration ensures consistent, uniform heat distribution across the stainless steel mesh belt, critical for processes like jewelry annealing and hardening.
Q: What type of applications is this furnace most suitable for?
A: This continuous belt furnace is specifically designed for industrial heating and gold processing tasks, including jewelry annealing, hardening, and various heat treatment processes requiring precise temperature control and reliability.
Q: When should I use the integrated cooling zone feature?
A: The integrated cooling zone is recommended for use immediately after the heating stages. It rapidly cools processed items, stabilizing their structure and enhancing process efficiency in continuous heat treatment or annealing operations.
Q: Where should this furnace be installed for optimal operation?
A: The furnace is intended for indoor, well-ventilated environments to ensure safe operation and effective temperature control. Adequate ventilation supports both equipment performance and operator safety.
Q: What safety features are included in the furnace?
A: It is equipped with over-temperature protection and an emergency stop switch to safeguard both the operator and equipment, mitigating risks associated with high-temperature industrial processes.
Q: How energy efficient is this furnace in industrial settings?
A: With ceramic fiber blanket insulation and precise PLC/PID control, the furnace is engineered for energy efficiency. It minimizes heat loss while maintaining accurate, stable temperatures, reducing overall power consumption during continuous operation.
Q: What are the customization options for size and capacity?
A: The furnace dimensions and processing capacity are customizable according to user requirements. Standard models measure 3500 x 850 x 1200 mm and accommodate up to 100 kg/hour, accommodating diverse industrial needs.
