The line is used by manufacturers of sintered iron, copper, brass, bronze and specialty alloy components. The Inconel-grade mesh belt offers long service life in continuous sintering temperatures up to 1080C, while the reducing atmosphere typically cracked ammonia keeps the parts oxidation-free.
We integrate our own Ammonia Cracker and other gas generators with this furnace, and the entire line is built in-house. Multi-zone heating, belt tension control and slow-cooling sections are designed around the customers product mix.
