About Continuous Pusher Type Furnace

Continuous Pusher Type Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is a robust continuous furnace where material trays are mechanically pushed through the heating zones, ensuring uniform heat treatment of small to medium components in large volumes.

 

Brief Description:

The pusher-type design is ideal for production environments where consistent quality and high throughput are required. Material loaded on heat-resistant alloy trays is pushed through the entry, heating, soaking and cooling zones in a controlled sequence making the furnace especially suitable for hardening, annealing, carburizing and sintering.

We design the furnace for both controlled atmosphere (reducing or inert) and open-air operation, depending on the customers product and process. Reducing atmosphere is generally supplied through our own Ammonia Cracker, Endo Gas Generator or Exo Gas Generator.

Whether for fasteners, bearing components or sintered powder parts, our pusher furnaces deliver dependable, repeatable results.
