Brief Description:

This design is particularly useful for parts that need to be hung long shafts, frames, racks, painted parts or assemblies where contact with a belt would damage the surface. Common applications include powder coating curing, painting/drying, low-temperature stress relieving and brazing of hanging components.

We design overhead conveyor furnaces to fit the customers existing conveyor track or as a fully integrated new line. Heating is offered in electric, gas-fired or hot-air recirculation form, with multi-zone temperature control.

Automation includes PLC-based conveyor speed control, temperature ramp/soak profiles and recipe management through SCADA.
