About Rapid Quench Furnace
Rapid Quench Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is a high-speed heat treatment furnace designed for solution annealing, hardening and ageing processes where minimum quench delay is critical.
Brief Description:
For aluminium solution heat treatment, stainless steel solution annealing and similar processes, quench delay must be kept very short to retain the desired metallurgy. Our Rapid Quench Furnaces use automated transfer mechanisms and high-capacity quench tanks to ensure quench delay within 1545 seconds depending on part size.
Each line is supported by robust XY / XYZ charging manipulators (up to 25 MT capacity) for safe, efficient charge handling. Both electric and recuperative gas-fired heating versions are available.
The line is engineered around the customers part, target metallurgy and production rate.
