Brief Description:

Bell type annealing remains a proven, energy-efficient route for batch annealing of CR strip coils and wire stacks. Our design uses a movable heating bell and stationary base configuration, with one bell capable of serving multiple bases improving overall shop floor productivity.

The furnace is fitted with high-quality refractory insulation, recuperative gas-fired or electric heating, and protective muffles to seal the load from combustion atmosphere. Cracked ammonia or pure hydrogen atmosphere is supplied via our in-house gas generators.

Suitable for single-stack and multi-stack configurations, the furnace is engineered around the customers coil weight and capacity targets.
