Bell Shuttle Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is a high-productivity batch annealing system where a movable heating bell shuttles between multiple loading bases, allowing parallel loading, heating and cooling cycles.

Brief Description:

In a bell shuttle arrangement, one bell efficiently serves two or more bases while one base is being heated under the bell, others can be loaded with fresh charge or left to cool under cooling hoods. This significantly improves utilisation and throughput compared to single-base bell furnaces.

We design bell shuttle furnaces with rail-mounted bells, hydraulic or motorised travel, and tight seals between bell and base. Controlled atmosphere is supplied via our own Ammonia Cracker, Hydrogen Generator or Nitrogen Generator.

Each bell shuttle furnace is engineered for the customers coil weight, base spacing and shop floor layout.
