Brief Description:

Carburizing is one of the most widely used surface hardening processes for gears, shafts, bearings, fasteners and tool components. Our Carburizing Furnaces use endothermic gas atmosphere with dew point and oxygen probe control to achieve repeatable carbon profiles and case depths.

Configurations include sealed quench (IQF), pusher, mesh belt and pit types selected as per part size and throughput. Our in-house Endo Gas Generator and Ammonia Cracker provide the atmosphere, with PLC and SCADA-based recipe management.

Each line is engineered for the customers part mix, target case depth and production rate.
