Brief Description:

This furnace combines the atmosphere control of sealed heating with the rapid quench of an integrated tank ideal for automotive gears, bearings, fasteners, hand tools and similar production parts. The atmosphere is supplied via our in-house Endo Gas Generator or Ammonia Cracker, with dew point and oxygen probe control for tight carbon-potential management.

Both electric and recuperative gas-fired heating versions are available, with PLC and SCADA-based recipe management and cycle data logging.

Each furnace is engineered around the customers part mix, atmosphere need and target metallurgy.
