Bright annealing in a reducing atmosphere is the standard process to soften wire after cold drawing while preserving surface finish. Our wire annealing furnaces are built with high-quality alloy muffle tubes, in-house Ammonia Cracker and tight temperature control (1C).
We supply complete lines including pay-off, degreasing, furnace, quench, take-up and gas generator. Multi-strand configurations are available for higher productivity.
Both electric and recuperative gas-fired heating versions are offered, with PLC and SCADA-based recipe management.
