A fast quench system is the heart of solution heat treatment for aluminium and stainless steel alloys. Our system integrates the heating furnace, charge manipulator, transfer mechanism and quench tank into a precisely choreographed sequence keeping quench delay within tight limits for consistent metallurgy.

Charge manipulators are supplied up to 25 MT capacity, with XY / XYZ travel for safe and efficient handling. Quench tanks are engineered with controlled agitation, cooling and filtration of the quench medium.

Each system is built around the customers part, alloy, target metallurgy and production rate.
