Brief Description:
This furnace is well suited for industries that need consistent heat treatment of bulk parts fasteners, springs, bearing parts, stampings, hardware and sintered components. The conveyor mesh, made of Inconel alloy, ensures stable belt life under continuous high-temperature service.
We supply both electrically heated and recuperative gas-fired versions with atmosphere control via our own Ammonia Cracker, Endo Gas Generator or Nitrogen Generator. Process zones include heating, soaking, optional quench and tempering as required.
Customization for capacity, dwell time, belt width and atmosphere is part of our standard offering.
