Brief Description:

In rolling mills and forging shops, uniform reheating directly affects yield and finished product quality. Our pusher reheating furnaces use a synchronised pusher mechanism to advance the stock through preheat, heating and soaking zones for consistent temperature at discharge.

The furnace is available in both top-fired and side-fired configurations, with recuperative burners for energy recovery. Thermal efficiency is enhanced through high-density and low-density refractory layering, automatic combustion control and waste heat recovery via air pre-heaters.

We design each unit to suit the customers billet/slab dimensions, throughput target and downstream rolling speed.
