Brief Description:

Pipe annealing is a critical step for restoring ductility and softening of pipes after drawing, rolling or welding. Our pipe annealing furnaces are offered in roller hearth (continuous) and bogie / pit (batch) configurations. For bright finish, the furnace is supplied with our in-house Ammonia Cracker or Hydrogen Generator.

Electric and recuperative gas-fired heating versions are available. Multi-zone temperature control, high-quality refractory insulation and water-cooled roller bearings (for roller hearth designs) ensure long, dependable service.

Each unit is engineered around the customers pipe OD, length, throughput and target metallurgy.
