About Pusher Furnace

Pusher Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is a continuous-type heat treatment furnace where charge trays advance through the heating chamber by a controlled pusher mechanism, ideal for steady, repeatable processing of bulk components.

 

Brief Description:

The pusher furnace is a workhorse in industrial heat treatment well suited for annealing, hardening, normalizing and sintering of small to medium-sized parts. Its simple, rugged design and the ability to maintain stable temperature profiles make it a preferred choice for high-volume production.

We supply pusher furnaces in both controlled atmosphere and air-atmosphere versions. Atmosphere control is achieved using our in-house Ammonia Cracker, Endo Gas Generator or Nitrogen Generator. Multi-zone temperature control ensures uniform heating across the load.

Each furnace is tailored to the customers production rate, tray size, component weight and target temperature.
