Quench Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is an integrated heat treatment furnace combining a heating chamber with a built-in quench tank for hardening, sealed quench and similar metallurgical processes.

Quench furnaces combine the heating and rapid cooling stages of hardening in a single unit, ensuring tight control over quench delay and consistent metallurgy. We supply quench furnaces in sealed quench, pusher quench, mesh belt quench and pit-quench configurations.

Quench media include oil, polymer or water, depending on alloy and target hardness. Our designs feature controlled quench delay, agitation, cooling and filtration of the quench medium.

Each unit is built around the customers part mix, atmosphere requirement and quench profile.
