Brief Description:

This furnace is well-suited for hardening, tempering, annealing and carbonitriding of small parts such as fasteners, springs, balls, needles and chain links. The rotating cylinder keeps the load in gentle motion, eliminating cold spots and ensuring repeatable surface and core properties.

The unit can be supplied with a controlled atmosphere typically cracked ammonia or endothermic gas using our in-house gas generators. Both electric and recuperative gas-fired heating versions are available.

Hydraulic tilting and an optional quench conveyor make loading and unloading safe and efficient.
