SS Wire Annealing Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is a continuous bright annealing furnace specifically designed for stainless steel wire, delivering tight metallurgical and surface-finish control.

Brief Description:

Stainless steel wire whether spring grade, free-cutting or specialty alloy requires careful annealing in a reducing atmosphere to retain its bright finish and consistent mechanical properties. Our SS Wire Annealing Furnaces are built with SS 310 / Inconel muffle tubes, tight temperature control (1C) and an in-house Ammonia Cracker for the reducing atmosphere.

Each line includes pay-off, degreasing, furnace, quench tank, take-up unit and cracker supplied as a complete turnkey package. Both electric and gas-fired versions are available, with recuperator on gas-fired models.

From fine specialty wires to heavier general-purpose wires, every line is engineered around the customers production plan.
