Strand Annealing Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is used for continuous bright annealing of SS 300 and 400 series wire, fine and thick alike, in a reducing atmosphere.

 

Brief Description:

We manufacture and export best-in-class Strand Annealing Furnaces. We are one of the few firms in the world with the in-house capability to manufacture all line equipment under one roof along with the Ammonia Cracker. The line is engineered for tight temperature control (1C) and uses SS 310 / Inconel alloy tubes to ensure long working life.

Both electric and gas-fired versions are available, with a recuperator integrated in gas-fired furnaces to recover waste heat. The line is supplied with water quench, cracked ammonia manifold and a wire tension mechanism.

List of units typically manufactured and exported under one project: Wire pay-off unit, Degreasing unit, Strand Annealing Furnace, Quenching Tank, Wire take-up unit and Ammonia Cracker.
