Tempering Furnace manufactured by United Enterprises is designed to heat treat ferrous metal products after hardening, increasing toughness while retaining the required hardness.

Brief Description:

We manufacture and export best-in-class Tempering Furnaces, used for tempering, stress relieving, re-crystallization and austempering processes. The tempering process is usually carried out after hardening within 4 hours of quenching. A minimum of two hours of soaking is recommended, plus one extra hour for each additional inch (or fraction) of cross-section. Where required, a snap-tempering cycle of two hours at a lower temperature can also be programmed.

Our Tempering Furnaces are supplied with Gas Generators such as Ammonia Crackers, Hydrogen Generator, Nitrogen Generator, Endo Gas Generator and Exo-Gas Generator all manufactured by us to provide a controlled atmosphere inside the furnace.

Configurations include mesh belt, pusher, box, bogie and sealed designs, depending on part size and throughput.
