We manufacture and export best-in-class Aluminium Homogenizing Furnaces, used for the homogenization of cast aluminium logs prior to extrusion. The homogenization process dissolves coarse precipitates, redistributes alloying elements uniformly within the log and significantly improves both extrudability and the final mechanical properties of extruded sections.

Our furnaces are built with multi-zone heating, air-recirculation fans for tight temperature uniformity and high-quality refractory insulation. Both electric and recuperative gas-fired versions are available.

Each furnace is engineered around the customers log diameter, log length, charge weight and process target.
