Brief Description:

Stainless steel demands tight surface finish and controlled metallurgical properties both of which depend on the quality of annealing. Our Bright Annealing Line for SS is built specifically for these requirements, using cracked ammonia to displace oxygen and protect the strip from oxidation during heating and cooling.

The line typically integrates an un-coiler, degreasing unit, entry accumulator, bright annealing furnace, ammonia cracker, exit accumulator and re-coiler. For tube and wire variants, suitable pull-through assemblies, water quench and tension control units are added.
