Brief Description:

Our Paint Coating Lines are built for steel and aluminium coil processing where pre-painted finish is required prior to forming, profiling or fabrication. The line combines surface cleaning, chemical pre-treatment, primer application, oven curing, top-coat application and final curing in one integrated production layout.

We engineer each line to suit the customers strip width, line speed, coating system and curing temperature requirements. The curing ovens are designed with multiple temperature zones, recirculating hot-air systems and recuperative gas-fired or electric heating for energy efficiency.

A: Our Paint Coating Lines work with polyester, PVDF, silicone-modified polyester, epoxy primers and other industrial coil-coating chemistries. The line can be tuned for single-coat or two-coat systems.

Q: Do you supply only the oven or the full line?
