Continuous Annealing Line (CAL) manufactured by United Enterprises is a fully integrated annealing process which combines seven sequential operations of un-coiling, welding, accumulation, annealing, cooling, shearing, and coiling in a single line.

After cold rolling, Continuous Annealing Lines (CAL) are used to soften the material and restore its workability. Compared to the conventional batch process, continuous annealing of steel strip offers undeniable quality advantages, particularly in terms of heating and cooling homogeneity.

We manufacture and export complete SS sheet annealing lines that deliver continuous and reliable operation for high yield, with annealing process speeds up to 800 m/min and entry/exit speeds up to 1,000 m/min. Our extensive in-house facility allows us to fabricate and assemble the complete line under one roof including the Un-coiler, Briddle Roller, Shearing machine, Pinch Rollers, Horizontal / Vertical Accumulator, Re-coiler, Annealing Furnace and Ammonia Cracker.
