Our CGL integrates strip pay-off, welding, alkaline cleaning, annealing in a reducing atmosphere, controlled hot-dip zinc coating, air-knife thickness control, and recoiling in one seamless line. The process is engineered to produce galvanized steel coil with uniform coating weight, consistent surface finish and excellent corrosion resistance.

With strong in-house design and fabrication capability, we offer fully customized CGL solutions for clients ranging from small-batch CR strip processors to large steel mills. Each line is tailored to the customers strip width, coil weight, line speed and coating specification.
