Brief Description:

H degassing sometimes called dehydrogenation is essential for heavy steel forgings, plates and welds. Our H Degassing Furnaces are designed for long, controlled cycles with tight temperature uniformity and stable atmosphere control.

Bogie, pit, chamber and bell configurations are offered, with electric or recuperative gas-fired heating. Atmosphere is supplied through our in-house Nitrogen Generator or Ammonia Cracker as required.

Each unit is engineered for the customers part dimensions, weight and hydrogen-level targets.
