Mesh Belt Furnaces are suited for a wide range of heat treatment processes including hardening, carburizing, annealing, tempering, austempering and stress relieving and are also used for sintering applications. The furnace can be designed to operate in a reducing or inert gas atmosphere, supported by our own range of gas generators.
Our mesh belts are fabricated from special Inconel-grade alloy steel for long service life under thermal cycling. Standard production capacity ranges from 80 kg/hr up to 3000 kg/hr depending on the application.
We offer both electrically heated and high-efficiency recuperative gas-fired versions, with water quench, cracked ammonia manifold and belt tension mechanism as standard.
