Vacuum heat treatment offers excellent surface finish, freedom from oxidation and tight distortion control ideal for aerospace, defence, medical and high-end tool components.
Our Vacuum Furnaces are supplied with high-vacuum pumping systems, graphite or refractory metal heating elements, multilayer insulation packages, gas quench systems and PLC / SCADA-based recipe management.
Both horizontal (front-loading) and vertical (top-loading or bottom-loading) configurations are supplied. Each unit is engineered around the customers part mix, atmosphere and metallurgical target.
